ORDER ACCEPTANCE

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time. If your order is cancelled after payment, you will receive a full refund.

SHIPPING

Orders are shipped from Kyiv, Ukraine. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for full details on processing and delivery times for USA, Canada, EU, Australia, and the UK.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost.

USA & Canada: Customs fees are rare on handmade art items but possible.
