2. Shipping Rates

We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders. There are no additional shipping charges at checkout.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, holidays, or carrier delays.

4. Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package online.

5. Customs & Duties

International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer. Chameleon Glass Art is not responsible for any customs delays or additional fees.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages

We pack every item with great care. If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date with photos of the damage. We will work with you to find the best solution.
