We want you to love your piece of glass art. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

1. Returns

Due to the handcrafted and fragile nature of our products, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original condition and packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return before sending anything back.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Items that have been used or damaged after delivery
  • Items returned without prior communication

3. Damaged Items

If your item arrived damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging. We will offer a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

5. Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked shipping service for returns.

6. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, please return the original and place a new order.
